INVESTING IN OUR FUTURE: CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
At Oilmin, we believe true success is measured not just by project completion, but by the lasting positive impact we leave on the communities and environments where we operate. Our CSR strategy is built on three pillars:
Support for local educational programs, healthcare initiatives and small business development near our project sites.
Employing sustainable practices, minimising our footprint and utilising green technology like the BioKube systems we distribute.
Maintaining the highest standards of transparency, labor rights and anti-corruption policies in line with international best practice.
Local Employment & Training
A core part of our CSR is prioritising local employment and providing intensive vocational training. This ensures project sustainability and creates long-term career pathways for PNG nationals in specialised technical fields.
